New students:

 

  1. place be on time

  2. If it is your first time at our studio please arrive 10 minutes early.

  3. Turn cell phones to silent or off.

  4. Shirts Required!

  5. Men must wear at least a tank top.

 

Practice Guidelines:

 

  1. Arrive 10 minutes early to any class that fits your schedule.

  2. Dress comfortably( be prepared for a workout). We have changing facilities on the premises.

  3. No pre-registration required.

  4. Try not to eat 2 hours before class.

  5. Bring a mat, towel and water. We have mats, towels and water for $1 each.

  6. We recommend you start with any Beginning Hot Yoga Classes.
